Felicia came to San Francisco from a land known by its local inhabitants only as “Double Siberia.” While initially creating paintings solely for nutritional purposes, she learned that great prestige could be gained from sharing her work and thus began the trek to America by foot. On the journey across mainland China it is believed that a piece of her elbow was chipped off in a coal mine collapse; they would later call the place it landed “Beijing.” Scientists and scholars alike believe that once she has accomplished her artistic goals, she will plunge once more under the subzero sheet of ice she calls home and slumber 35,000 years, only to begin the cycle again. Felicia doesn’t believe anyone actually reads these, which is why she has not bothered to exaggerate any details.
